On 6 May 2016 a panel of two international judges and one local judge of the Court of Appeals rendered a ruling in case PN1 711/16 with the defendants H.B., S.H., A.M., A.S., I.S., N.U., A.V. and L.V. The ruling was based on the appeals filed by the defendants against rulings of the Basic Court of Pristina, whereby detention on remand was imposed on the defendants for the duration of one month. The Court of Appeals rejected the appeals as unfounded and affirmed the impugned rulings of the Basic Court of Pristina.
